About Rogers Kitchens

Rogers-kitchen-Jim-Courtney.pngRogers Kitchens was initially opened in 1955, by John & Jerry Rogers. By 1963, Rogers Kitchens moved to its current location on Chestnut St. In 1985, James Smith began his employment as a custom cabinet and countertop fabricator, manufacturer, and installer.

In 1998, Jerry Rogers decided it was time to retire. James bought the business to ensure that Rogers Kitchens customers continued to receive the same quality product, design and professional installation. With James’s purchase of the business, he became not only the manufacturer, fabricator and installer, but also the salesman and designer.

Rogers Kitchens has always taken pride at being a small business. It enables us to give each customer our full attention in the design process of their renovation or updating project.

With James’s years of training and work experience with Rogers Kitchens, it enables us to have an edge over our other local and box store competitors. No project is too big or too small. Our pricing allows us an even bigger advantage, because we don’t have the overhead of a dozen or more employees or sub contractors.

James, along with our employees, custom template and fabricate laminate and solid surface countertops as well as build the cabinets on our premises in our fully functioning shop. This allows us to omit the subcontractors our competitors have.

We only use subcontractors when your renovation project requires the use of one. But, our subcontractors are local and locally trusted. From our general contractor, to our flooring company and plumber, we have the right people when the project requires it. We do everything except build your house. Just ask!

In addition to James’s building career, he is also the sales person and design expert. When you visit our showroom you are automatically greeted by Blaze, the mascot, and Courtney, the Office Manager. Blaze uses his special dog powers to keep the customers relaxed while debating their thousands of choices for their project.

Our projects include full renovations of kitchens and bathrooms as well as anything custom built for Salons, Bar Units or Man Caves, Home or Professional Office furniture, built in bookcases, closets, laundry and mud rooms. In addition we supply sinks, faucets, showers, toilets, appliances, everything you need to have your dream project come true.

We strive to make the installation of your project as quick and as easy as possible. We can complete the project start to finish so you can sit back and watch the transformation or we can sell you the cabinets and counter-tops and you can get started on you own do-it-yourself project.

Come meet Blaze and see how we compare to our local competitors on your renovation today.
